This itinerary offers the “ultimate safari” through Kenya’s most popular and beautiful National parks. Having your own custom safari built 4 x 4 vehicle ensures a high degree of flexibility during game drives while giving you plenty of time to enjoy what you see. The Camps and Lodges we have selected are of a high standard, medium price range, yet offer excellent value for money. Highlights on this safari include spectacular game viewing and other safari activities such as a guided walk on the animal infested Crescent Island, a visit to lush oasis of Mzima Springs & a surprise sun downer. NAIROBI – MOUNT KENYA – SAMBURU – SWEETWATERS – NAKURU- MAASAI MARA – NAIVASHA – AMBOSELI – TSAVO WEST – NAIROBI Keys:BB - bed & breakfast HB - half board FB - full board DAY 01: Arrival Nairobi Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, where you will be met by our company representative. DAY 03: Mount Kenya – Samburu Game Reserve After breakfast continue on to the semi-arid desert Reserve of Samburu. Situated in the northern hemisphere of Kenya, this is one the loveliest parks in terms of landscape & wildlife where you will have the chance to see rare animals such as the Grevy Zebra, the long necked Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich, the Reticulated Giraffe and Beisa Oryx.. After lunch enjoy an extensive game drive through the reserve. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena /Sopa Lodge/ Samburu Lodge. (FB) DAY 04: Samburu Game Reserve

DAY 05: Samburu Game Reserve – Sweetwaters Private Sanctuary Breakfast and en-route game drive out of the reserve. Continue you on to Sweetwaters Private Game Sanctuary situated in the Mount Kenya Region. Arrive in time for lunch at this beautifully located Tented Camp. With a bit of luck you may capture an unprecedented view of the majestic Mount Kenya itself. Afternoon game drive in the Sanctuary which boasts a large number of elephant, giraffe, warthog, buffalo and much more. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. (FB) DAY 06: Sweetwaters Private Game Sanctuary Spend the day in the Reserve and visit the chimpanzees. It is the only place in Kenya where you can observe these intelligent primates. Walk a little further and you will come face to face with “Morani”, the semi-tame rhino that you can touch ! All meals and overnight at SWEETWATERS TENTED CAMP. (FB) DAY 07: Sweetwaters Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park Depart Sweetwaters in the morning for Lake Nakuru National Park, driving past the silhouette of the Aberdare Mountain Range with a brief stop at Thompons’s waterfalls. After a hearty lunch at Flamingo Hill Camp it will be time to go in search of rhino, leopard and lion. The breathtaking scenery is bound to make you realise just how magical Africa is… Dinner and overnight at FLAMINGO HILL CAMP. (FB)
DAY 08: Lake Nakuru National Park You will spend another exciting day in this lovely park. Each game drive offers a new perspective and new sights. Visit the Makalia Falls and enjoy a picnic if you like in the great outdoors instead of having lunch at camp. Dinner and overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp. (FB) |
