The Kenyan Minister of Tourism, Najib Balala is offering a special Spring Incentive at the annual international tourism trade fair (ITB) in Berlin: From 01st April 2009 until end of 2010, he will reduce all tourist visa fees by 50% down to USD. 25.00 per Person.
 
Further, Kenya would like to extend incentives for family holidays: each child below the age of 16 years will be able to travel to Kenya without a visa . Najib Balala has been voted into office in April 2008 but has been nominated as the "African Tourism Minister" end of February 2009 during the " Africa Tourism Investors Summit" in Maputo, Mozambique.
