WORKSHOP for Hobbyfilmers in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve E-mail
WildeyeIn March 2009 a well known and professional Wildlife Film maker, Piers Warren was holding a Video Film Workshop for 12 clients in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. This program was organized by Sunworld Safaris and clients stayed at the centrally located Mara Bush Camp which was booked on exclusive use for the group.

The amateurs were instructed by Gavin Thurston (camera man for the BBC and BIG CAT DIARY) and were not only very successful in their quest to film the BIG CATS but they also encountered unforgettable game sightings. Piers Warren and Laura Turner (who was the Editor) accompanied the group. The clients were well taken care of by a highly professional team and enjoyed their time in the beautiful Mara Game Reserve to the fullest.

The Tour was such a success that 70% have already vowed to book again for the next “BIG CAT FILMING SAFARI” in February 2010. Once again, Mara Bush Camp and Sunworld’s services (professional guides & 4 x 4 vehicles) will be used. Pls. find enclosed a report with photographs from one of the clients on the various BIG CAT sightings near the Camp’s Ol Kiombo Area. If you are interested in participating in such a filming workshop, led by Professional Wildlife Film makers, pls. do not hesitate to contact us for further details: Contact
