A few years ago, my childhood dream became a reality when I traveled with my family to Kenya; this country cast a spell on me and thus I ended up making several trips back to this wonderful country. My camera has always been my companion irrespective of my destination be it Kenya, Namibia or Botswana.

I am based in Cornwall after many years of living in and photographing Australia.
I bought my first camera to take my mind off my then ‘day’ job. What I found was that looking through the lens not only distracted me from the stresses of the IT world, but I also saw the world in a different way. While my taste in subjects is eclectic, my passion for birds and wildlife meant a fast transition through the compact range of cameras to digital SLR’s which means I can now not only see my different world, but I can also bring it closer to me.
