Residence: Rheinbach bei Bonn Education: School of Art in Düsseldorf / Cologne Job: Systems controller in NRW (North Rhein Westphalia) My passion for photography was ignited by my first camera which I received on my 4thbirthday. My enthusiasm for Nature and Wildlife Photography grew as a result of the many hours spent and many photos taken in zoos. My first educational tour with Photo equipment was in the 1970s, thereafter I made several trips to USA, Sri Lanka and France. Our journey to Tanzania and Kenya a few years ago created a strong attachment to Africa, as a result many more Safaris followed. „The African wilderness is for me the last adventure which still exists in the world because of its unpredictability.
