Photography has always been my best Hobby, but during my journey to South Africa I discovered my passion for Wildlife and Nature photography. I had a chance in 2004 for the first time to visit the African continent . It was then that I discovered the natural beauty of the African continent for the first time. I was quite amazed and fascinated.  The natural beauty was evident immediately we entered the park, the huge herds of Buffalos at the gate was a good welcome. Africa is a land full of contrasts, fascination and magic. There is no other place in the world where life and death are so close, yet nature is so diverse and its truly survival for the fittest in Africa. Despite this I feel at home in Africa.
After this Safari, other Safaris followed in South Africa, Namibia and the first Safari in Kenya in 2006. The second journey to Kenya in 2007 superseded all the previous Safaris!

Africa's enchantment got hold of me and I wanted to learn more about its nature, its wildlife and the country as a whole. In 2006 I decided to take a course in field guiding; I spent a few weeks in a training camp in the bush near Kruger National park. This experience brought me closer to the African nature and it changed my life in one way or the other.

I would like to bring Africa's beauty, her nature, and wildlife closer to people through my photos and I hope this goes on  for a long time to come.  

Photo equipments: after changing cameras for a while, I settled for Samsung Digimax Pro 815 and so far am satisfied with this camera.
