Rahole National Reserve Unwegsames Gelände (Bild: Gabriele N.)Das Rahole Schutzgebiet liegt 150 km nordöstlich vom Mount Kenia und nordwestlich von Garissa. Innerhalb des Reservats gibt es keine Strassen und so ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass man hier auf unberührte Wildnis trifft.

Ruma National Park serval cat Ruma was first gazetted in 1966 as Lambwe valley game reserve and acquired national park status in 1983. The park was established mainly to protect the Roan antelope which does not occur anywhere else in the country.
