Sunworld Safaris is amazing. I was impressed by them from the moment I reached out to them just to get some information about planning a safari. Joanne was so helpful in planning a wonderful itinerary for my group, even when we added a fourth and fifth person after we thought everything was finalized.

The itinerary was great - we spent three nights in Maasai Mara, one night in Lake Naivasha, and two nights in Amboseli National Park. The accommodations were amazing - super unique, clean, and comfortable with great service and food (even for us vegetarians).

I travel the world as a photographer and have been to Kenya many times. My "Go To" company is Sunworld Safaris. Because I am so particular about my needs, Abigael makes certain that she communicates with me to double check all of the specifics of my requests for vehicles, places to stay, and everything in between. Our driver has been Raymond who I have had a couple of times. Raymond knows just where to place the vehicle for best shots of everything. Because I have photographed so many varieties of animals, I was very specific this time, as to what I was looking for, and how close, whether portrait or animal in the landscape, etc. Raymond made everything happen just as I needed it, and the animals were very accommodating also.
Therefore, if you are going to Kenya, go with Sunworld!

We used Sunworld to plan our safari in the Masai Mara and Serengeti and they did an incredible job. Carolyn, our agent, answered all of my questions before hand promptly and was very helpful throughout the planning process. Our driver in Kenya, Raymond, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and he had my boyfriend and I cracking up laughing with some of his comments. He found us the Big Five in the first full day and it seemed like all the other guides were following him around because he always found animals first. It was an amazing experience and everything they were responsible for was executed perfectly. I would definitely recommend them!

Sunworld Safaris is the premier family safari company in my opinion. From my first contact with Antony Waititu at Sunworld Safaris to saying goodbye at Kenyatta Airport Matthew, our driver/guide, everything went perfectly. It was the adventure of a lifetime for our 10 year old grandson, who saw the Big Five, ate breakfast picnics in the Maasi Mara and interacted with Masi villagers. Every consideration was given to tailor our safari to the needs of the child. Kudos to Sunworld Safaris for an outstanding product.

Abigael at Sunworld put together an amazing 2 weeks in East Africa for me. I had some general ideas of what I wanted to do and she planned everything around that. I spent 4 days in Rwanda and went gorilla trekking. Then headed to Nairobi for a few days before going to Masai Mara and finally Zanzibar. Every step of the way there was a guide to meet me and show me around the city. Pretty much the whole trip went off without a hitch. They set me up with everything I needed to just move seamlessly from one city/country to the next. The guides at each stop were fantastic and the accommodations were amazing. I had dinner with a local friend in Nairobi and showed her my itinerary - even she was jealous of my trip! I would highly recommend Sunworld for planning anything in east Africa.
